Gold Coast 13 June 2009

allmedic held its second skin repair and practical PDT workshop at Legends Hotel on the Gold Coast on Saturday 13 June.

The full day workshop was well attended with over 40 delegates participating in the day. Presenters included Dr Bill Anseline, Daryll Knowles, Dr Stu Adamson, Dr Alexander Bennett and Dr Graeme Langsford. Delegates were given a comprehensive insight into PDT and the allmedic turnkey system. The day was interactive with delegates able to take part in live patient demonstrations, speaking to the patients and receiving feedback regarding the products and application.

The workshop concluded with a cocktail party, attended by 2008 Australian of the Year Lee Kernaghan, Motorcylce Champion Mick Doohan and Oscar Winner and Director of the Frampton Institute of cinemagraphic makeup, Peter Frampton. Delegates were able to relax and enjoy the allmedic hospitality. Dr Stu Adamson from Western Australia was lucky enough to win a signed guitar from Lee Kernaghan. Gold Coast 22nd May 2010

Another successful workshop was held at the very popular Legends Hotel. Over 30 delegates participated on the day and once again they had the opportunity to view live demonstrations of not only PDT but also Medical Lesion Removal. Presenters inluded Dr Stephen Murray, Dr Peter Morley and Prof. William Ardrey who shared with us their own clinic experiences. Other presenters were Dr Peter Smith, Dr Graeme Langsford and Dr Bill Anseline.

Perth 14 July 2010

A recent seminar in Perth was attended by number of the major corporate GP’s, skin cancer and cosmetic practices in WA. The workshop offered a strong ‘practical’ component, with a number of patients lined up for hands on training in medical lesion removal, photodynamic therapy, advanced medical skin repair for optimal outcomes. The “outside of Medicare” income theme was also heavily promoted, with clinics increasingly offering new treatments and products to create stronger bonds with their patients and referral base, as well as recurring, outside of Medicare revenue streams.
